CPP film [1] is cast POLYPROPYLENE film, also known as unstretched polypropylene film, which can be divided into General CPP (GCPP) film and aluminized CPP (Metalize CPP) film according to different uses. MCPP) film and Retort GRADE CPP (Retort CPP, RCPP) film, etc.
CPP is polypropylene (PP) film produced by flow extrusion process in plastic industry. This kind of film is different from BOPP(bidirectional polypropylene) film and belongs to non-oriented film. Strictly speaking, CPP films only have a certain orientation in the longitudinal (MD) direction, mainly due to the nature of the process. Excellent clarity and finish is achieved on the film by rapid cooling on the cold casting roll.
CPP-C116 is a three layers co-extrusion cast polypropylene film.This Film is a High Retort CPP which has high impact strenth ,It can be retorted under condition of 135ºC,30min for food packing
